How to Enter and Submit Comment Form

To enter comments on the Zoning Consultation Viewer click the"Open Comment

Window Button" in the Tool Icon window.

Make sure all pop-up blockers are de-activated or hold the "Ctl" button on the keyboard

while clicking the icon.

The Zoning Provision Comment Form opens in a new browser window.

Enter your comments and click on the "Submit" button.

The acknowledgment window appears.

Click the "Exit" button to close the window.
