| Phase 1 - November 20, 2011
Residents in the Phase 1 area will have to disconnect their downspouts by November 20, 2011. Phase 1 applies to areas in the City with combined sewers, where stormwater and sanitary sewage are combined in a single pipe. |

Residents in the Phase 2 area will have to disconnect their downspouts by December 3, 2013. Phase 2 applies to areas in the City that are in a Basement Flooding Study Area. |
| Phase 3 - December 3, 2016
Residents in the Phase 3 area will have to disconnect their downspouts by December 3, 2016. Phase 3 applies to all areas in the City not included in Phase 1 or Phase 2. |
